You realize that as laudable as Dr. Freeman was, he never cut on anyone, he never performed ANY neurosurgery, let alone a hemispherectomy. He would refer them to a neurosurgeon who would perform the procedure. Neurosurgeons do not manage epilepsy, however they work closely with neurologists who manage the patient over the lifetime. Yes, Freeman revived the procedure for intractable seizures but he did not, could not, perform the surgery. That was Carson and later Dr. Gallo. Freeman and Gallo were a team and each managed the patient within their specialty.

Everything Carson is slandered for is taken out of context. I do not agree with many of his beliefs, however, the way he just ignores all the haters and the bullshit is commendable. He does not give a flying fuck what anyone says or thinks about him-he stands by his word. I find that a most valuable trait-add on the fact that he is a moral man with integrity, who sees the downward spiral the USA is heading "(and actually wants to turn that around) and he has my vote. Hillary is dishonest and Bernie (while I like some of his ideas) will likely lead this country down a path that no one wants to go. Trump, aside from his immigration views, is a bully and an immature asshole (also dishonest), we do not need someone like him in the White house. We have already endured 7 plus years of bullshit by a man who seems to have us more divided and full of hate than ever-not to mention all the censorship, and PC propaganda. We are slowly being stripped of our freedoms and rights, and Carson sees and understands that. If there is hope-it lies not in the "Proles", but in Carson. We need to band together to stop this insanity, or we will look like the world in 1984.
