Why, is there some referendum on whether you would like to hang out with her? What does that have to do with the thread.
It doesn't even sound like she gives a damn whether or not the in laws hang out with her, it doesn't sound like they are close.
Except that the whole point of this thread is that OP feels excluded and doesn't like that the in-laws invite her kids and not her. She's not opposed to having her kids involved in the activity, she just doesn't want her kids doing it with the in-laws without her.
