I have been with my wife for 25 years. She still looks OK.

But when I look at pictures from when I first started going out with her (she was in her late 20's) I think omigod she was hot! And I was attracted to her but I really didn't appreciate how good-looking she was.

I know. I'm the OP and although I'm only 28, I wish I realized how hot and effortlessly beautiful I was at 24-25.

Regardless, I'm making an active effort to appreciate how hot I am now!

I was thinking about this thread last night when "Leaving Las Vegas" was on. Elisabeth Shue was hotter in that movie than anything else I've seen her in. She was 31-32 at the time of that movie and, in my opinion, looked better than when she did, say, Karate Kid (age 21) or Adventures in Babysitting (age 24).

I think i had just gotten frumpy. When i put in a little effort to look nice, I still get hit on.

26+ is definitely not invisible to 26-40 yo men...and I know plenty of 40+ look great...key is to take care of yourself and make the effort

38 here and definitely not invisible. Best shape of my life, have money to take care of myself, know how to dress to look good, have the confidence I never had in my 20s. Life is sweet.

Black women age even better. My African wife's mother is well into her 60s and gets mistaken for her 40s. It is truly amazing how dark skin does not age. I look like my wife's father and I'm only 6 years older. She is preternaturally youthful.
