Subject: Leash your dogs PLEASE!
I agree OP. It always seem to be dogs that are not well trained too. The worst is when you are walking your dog and some unleashed dog comes over and they aren't getting along. My kids and I have been pounced on by huge "friendly" dogs. We have neighbors who will literally go right by a sign that says "all dogs must be on leashes" and defy it.

SO FRUSTRATING and inconsiderate - not to mention dangerous.
Can you call the police? This sounds like an aggressive dog.

How dare you write so what? Yesterday a negligent neighbor's dog who has bitten and attacked once again got loose. We were trapped in our house unable to walk to vehicles, walk outdoors with our dog, even take out trash. They have a pit mix and now another.

I know of pits thrown out of daycare that go on off leash outings and to dog parks.
