Anonymous wrote:Interesting. My DD started this summer right at 11. She’s about 5’0 now, very long legged, size 6 in women’s shoes. I would be surprised if she stopped growing and topped out at only 5’2 or so, her build just doesn’t suggest that. I am very petite (5’1, 100 lbs) but her dad is 6’3, brother is 6’0 and the other women in my family are 5’7-5’10. I’m imagining she will end up somewhere around my sister at 5’8, they have a very similar body type.

Not true

Anonymous wrote:I got mine at almost 13. I ended up at 5'2.5" as an adult-- I can't remember how tall I was before my period, but it was at least 5', I think 5'1", so I don't think I grew a ton.

Anonymous wrote:DD was 5'9 at age 14. She is 5'10 at 15 and. Her feet just grew 1/2 size to 10. I am 5'11 and hope she is a little taller than me. Her 17 yo brother is just over 6'2 and also a later bloomer.
