So are Brent families. Heck even many IT and 2R families that we know are leaving after 4th. Not a unique problem. Even if they leave after 3rd or 4th, the kids testing are still QUITE impressive. Go Ross!!

-not Ross family but a fan

It'll only flourish if the Ross families commit.

Screwed for HS, but at least that's three years more in the system.

I for one would be interested in learning your methods for spotting a poor kid from drop off or pick-up....sheesh - really??

I'm assuming that PP is looking at parents' cars, parents in well-dressed business attire, etc.

it's easy; they make the poor kids wear rags and the IEP kids wear dunces caps.

Seaton parent here. I have not heard of any official announcement on AP Rivers' replacement. Who will be coming from Ross? If this is true (new AP and teachers from Ross to Seaton), that is GREAT news for Seaton!! Great changes continue to happen at Seaton .

Ross is clearly doing things well but let's not lose sight of the fact that it only has 166 kids who attend and very few with IEPs (3%). It's not really a fair fight in terms of comparisons with schools twice its size and much higher percentages of SpEd students.
