I was just thinking how Mexican rice and Asian/Japanese/sushi rice barely register as the same baseline food in my head. I love them both so so much but they are literally a world apart!

Are you stupid? because having Mexican relatives I should know a thing or 2 about mexican food! Yes you can put anything you want in your tacos and that includes rice and most mexicans do that.
