My beta continues to rise. Ultrasound next week! My acupuncturist has me warming up a heating pad at a low setting and putting it under my sacrum for 10 minutes before I go to sleep. It feels SO good, I highly recommend it to everyone!

I'm having this issue where I can't really fully embrace what has happened. I have a friend who told many of us in her circle about her pregnancy when she was at seven weeks, and even now I remain stunned (and envious) by her obliviousness. I really wish I could be as confident or hopeful, if those are the right words, as she was. Infertility really robs you of that. Anyone have a suggestion for feeling really good about this? And not being afraid of the other shoe dropping?

Kelly, I'm sorry and I know how disappointed you must be. We go through so much only to be met with disappointment. But at least you have two on ice. And how is your embies from this round doing? I hope some, if not all, make it to freezing.

Sue, how did your beta go today?

As for me, I have my ER tomorrow and I'm nervous...not so much about the process but the outcome. I hope everyone else is hanging on there!

Hey Kay, hang in there. The bloating gets better. And, as you can see, I'm definitely an advocate now for holding off until testing!

Kay here. Going a bit crazy during the two week wait. I don't have my beta until the 31st. The progesterone is causing a lot of bloating. I want to try to POAS but am scared and really don't know when I should. I did a day 5 transfer. Annei, did you do a day 5 or 3?

I stemmed for 17 days and it was my best round out of 3. 11 ER and Ended up with 4 blasts. I had my ER on Friday and they only got 4 mature eggs. 3 fertilized but looks like only 1 is growing well and might make it to freeze. This round was a bust thanks to one ovary not producing anything, but I'm going to transfer some I have on ice next month. I'm not ready for another fresh cycle yet, this one was too disappointing. ~Kelly

It's Emma again -- I'm STILL stimming. Day 15. Estro levels are going up and they see 12 measurable follies total but part of me worries that this long stim process could be affecting the quality of the eggs. I know they know what they're doing, but I'm paranoid because this is most likely my last chance. I think 16 is the max days they allow to stim so I think ET will be Friday. Just waiting...

Sue- how many days after transfer was your beta? That's crazy poas was still negative the day before your beta. Congrats on the great news!!

As for me, I'm on Day 12 of stimming. My estro level spiked so now I need to back down on the Bravelle. I had 9 measurable follies (sizes ranged from 9-14) but I still have at least two more days of stimming which will put me at 14 days. Trying to remain as patient as possible...

I finally start stimming on Tuesday for my first ivf cycle. They said I have 10 follicles in each ovary so I'm hoping they get a lot of good eggs!

Kay here - Sue! So exciting! I'm so happy for you. I broke out in a huge smile when I saw that the beta is on the rise. Please let us know how Monday goes and I'll have my fingers crossed for you.
