Back to that old argument, are we? In your view, are there any limits to when and where we should wage all out war? Should we just invade and occupy the entire non-Western world in the name of "liberation" and "spreading democracy?". Wow, we really did a god job of liberating Iraq from terror, didn't we?

But if the way Kyle is being portrayed is at all true, then I do not care for who that man was.
The 'if' is the problem. Any chance you plan to read his book, study up on the man, and make your own decision?
I'll give you that it's problematic. And I'll answer you honestly that I will probably never read the work of a man who told numerous stories that are likely not true.
I love words like "if" and "likely". Essentially, you won't read the book because you might learn something that goes against your liberal viewpoint. You might find out *gasp* terrorists are BAD PEOPLE!

What I read was this:
“The enemy are savages and despicably evil,” and his “only regret is that I didn’t kill more.”
He is correct about this. I think we can all agree terrorists are savages and despicably evil. Certainly IS fits that bill.
Except he wasn't fighting IS. And there was no terrorist threat from Iraq prior to our invasion and botched occupation. So he was mindlessly killing people whom his beloved military essentially created. The Iraq War a disgusting criminal misuse of power and I can't for the life of le understand why people who volunteer to serve go out of their way to justify it. Soldiers died for absolutely no good reason, and the war achieved nothing. We killed Saddam Hussein. Big whoop. We also created a terrorist breeding ground - which is what created this need to protect our troops. Why can't people see that this is nit black and white? Why can't you acknowledge that we cannot claim the unequivocal moral and ethical high ground here?
He was certainly fighting terrorists, who came into Iraq, into those no-go zones to maim and kill. These people existed long before Iraq and always have.
I don't deny that. But who created the conditions that allowed them to pour into and flourish in Iraq? We did. Try to deny it and I will accuse you of rewriting history.

I'm not the one you've been arguing with. But your basic brain is baffling to me. One can take issue with someone who writes a book about how 'fun' it is to kill people and still recognize the evil of ISIS.
You're very stupid. You should go away.
I read his book. Please quote the lines that say he had fun killing people. Word for word.
