Subject: Re:MCPS Teachers Not Checking or Providing Feedback on Homework - How Common is this Practice?
+ 1 - Not correcting homework only reinforces the mistakes. How does a child know they are making errors if they do not receive the correction?
For the teachers who say they don't have the time to grade and instruct - why are they giving the homework then? Why isn't the teacher's union advocating for change in the policy? Less meetings and more teaching?
