Usually you can get it off fast if you put it on fast. Stop putting things in your mouth! Really just stop

The hard thing about dieting is that you cannot just stop eating. You can go cold turkey on cigarettes or booze but you can't 'just stop' putting things in your mouth.

I guess it's also possible I was forcing the fit a little on my latest shopping run because I was already struggling with the fact I was so many sizes bigger.

I am 38-27-38 and a size 8. Same height as you. Store brands.

Can't really explain sizing (I have very skinny legs which could contribute) but all I can say is def not a size 4 anymore. ::--(

Oh great, another thread devolving into height/weight/size accusations.

In what world is 141 size 4?

I'm 141 now (PPT so I'm 15 lbs over normal) and I'm a size 10 at 5'6". I've got big boobs too (size E) so it's not all in my tummy and thighs, either.

At your current weight, I think you're more like a size 12?

I used to be pretty fit, so like, 28 inch waist, 37 inch hips=size 4 at most mall brands. If you shop higher end it might be different.

I know I weighed around 141 in early October and I weighed 163 this morning (I'm between 5'6 and 5'7). I don't think it's a medical issue because I recognize I've been really overdoing it (mmmmm....fudge....).

Does anyone have bra advice? I have perma-cleavage and am sort of threatening to pop out of my bras but would rather not buy new bras because I plan to lose the weight in the new year. What's the minimal amt of new stuff I can get away with buying?

I'm 5'7 168 and a size 10. Peoples bodies are different. At 140 I'm a 6.

OP, there's a young woman in my office who's usually skinny who got really chubby this holiday season. I think it's normal to go off the rails a bit sometimes, it just matters what you can learn from it. If you cut all refined carbs hopefully it comes off really fast.

To each her own, but this would be really hard to take in my opinion-- it definitely would kill my desire for the other person. I feel sick imagining the huge circle around my belly though.
