I'm doing New Rules of Lifting for Women. Did a workout from Stage 2 this morning.

walked to the coffee shop. walked to the park. walked to the farmers market. will walk to a festival this afternoon. and carry my toddler on and off for all of these.

What a beautiful, cool morning! A blissful 4 mile run at my personal best pace (8:30/mi), and then 1 mile of some fast sprints.

Six miles with the kids in the double jogger, which I figure weighs about 90 pounds with them in it. Maybe 9-9:30 pace? Felt awesome.

dumbell lunges, ring pull ups, box push ups, romanian deadlifts and about 300 air squats. will do some planking and stretching later. if I get enough work done maybe a long walk later.
