It wasn't until recently that I tried them and realized how delicious it is. Only problem is, making sure to have portion control otherwise there will be explosive diarrhea later.

But on taste, prunes are amazingly yummy.

Snacked on a few after lunch---yummy!!! Stewed prunes look nasty though

Almond milk

Brussels sprouts - hated them as a kid, now eat them all the time, roasted with a drizzle of balsamic vinegar

OMG, second the Brussels sprouts!! My family is threatening to mutiny, but I love them now. My favorite way is to prep them, sauté with olive oil, garlic salt and pepper. Then when they start to get crispy, add a little more OO and seasoned breadcrumbs. Saute some more and the crumbs with coat the sprouts. Heavenly!

Unfortunately I also just discovered Nonni biscotti. Which is not.

What are these? please don't tell me it's like spaghetti squash, which I hate.

No, Nonni Biscotti are delicious Italians cookies:

Great with a cappucino!!!

LOL. Love me a good biscotti (esp the anise ones from WF - YUM!), but I think the PP was asking about zucchini noodles. I think they are just zucchinis that are sliced like noodles.

Slow-roasted tomatoes. Good for pizza, with eggs, on a BLT . . . the options are endless! I never liked plain tomatoes until I started making these.

Also, quick pickled cauliflower, carrots, and green beans. So good!

TJs has a new Chicago style popcorn--mix of caramel corn and cheese popcorn. Addictive!

Please tell me how you do this!!!
