Subject: How much do you spend on groceries per month?
Family of 3.
$450 or $500.
Mostly TJs, Safeway, and Target.
We don't eat any meat but chicken. We don't buy prepared stuff like salads or rest made meals. No paper products or household stuff included here.
Our most common meals are spaghetti and (meatless) meatballs with salad and garlic bread, bbq chicken with carbs and veggie, tacos or fajitas, stirfry, soup and roasted veggies and bread, stuff like that. We buy what we want and eat lots of fresh, but not usually organic, food.

$950 per month, family of four (2 in elementary school), not including eating out (don't eat out much - maybe once a month if that)
