Kim Kardashian makes more money than Big Law. She gets lots of free perks, such as designer clothes, luxury stays at resorts, flys in private jets, spends weeks on yachts. Way nicer than the free shuttle service and lunches for Big Law.

Her career in reality shows and sex tapes must be heads and tails more prestigious than Big Law.

A family practice DO is more prestigious than a HLS big law associate?

Because your examples are dumb.

How is a pediatrician making 80k more prestigious than a big law partner?

Money doesn't equal prestige or respect. Plenty of lawyers make 80k or less a year. Plenty of doctors make Big Law money.

What about a drug dealer making 100 million a year. That is more prestigious than both.

LOL

Way back in the day. In England. When women didn't work, and most weren't allowed to be educated, much less practice law.
Are you sure you would like to return to that time?

Yes. A family practice doctor is more prestigious than a big law associate. When I think prestigious, I think of what your parents would be more likely to brag to their friends about and which one they would want you to be. Clearly, that is a doctor. There is absolutely no question about it.
In fact, don't I think any practicing lawyer will ever outstrip the prestige of a physician.

OP, you are obviously very dense. Why don't you just accept the fact that no one agrees with you?

This. Consider it a lesson in humility, OP.

This is true. That being said, they are still more respected that the run of the mill lawyer.
