lessons learned

- Sounds like the Jesus fish person is a much more pleasant and happy in his life and has been reward with a 500K income
- Same with the 250K who is happy with his family

You all sound bitter and probably will continue to be an underling with those kinds of attitudes.

Completely wrong. If this description was simply for the people in his office, perfect. We all work together every day, we support one another, we ask about each other's families, etc. COMPLETELY fine.

THIS description was his public description of himself on his professional Twitter page. Like, putting it on his resume. The audience is not just within his personal office. It is to anyone who sees his Twitter page, e.g. anyone who sees his LinkedIn page, or his resume, etc. No, just no.

Sending out office-wide invitations to renaissance festivals and other assorted new age links.

Discussing your wife's menstraul symptons, especially when she also works at the same company. Ditto for your own intestinal issues or sex life.

Booking a hotel suite for work travel with an opposite sex colleague, walking around in your undershirt, and bringing along a bottle of wine to share.

Running a political campagin out of your office on company time.

Tevas and socks.

Forty year old men calling their dads to figure out how to respond to a minor crisis.

And that's just the beginning of my list. I don't work there anymore.

Using speakerphone when you are in a cubicle. It’s a little disruptive.

Not using your inside voice when you are on the phone in your cubicle (can you tell I sit in a cubicle? Lol)

Not proofreading your email before you send them. With spell and grammar check, it’s no excuse.

Using a lot of capital letters and exclamation points in your email. I know some folks do this to try to bring a point home but it’s very unprofessional and kinda rude.

I don't wear make up and I am totally professional so ....you. I am most certainly going to eat my lunch at my desk too.
