You are wrong. I am currently a SAHM because it made financial sense for me to stay home and raise our kids rather than work a full time job and pay someone else to take care of them. He made more money that I did (though when we were married, I made more.) I was a teacher, so raises were pathetic (raises are on a step system, based on years of experience and the degree you have, not how well you can teach.) He was in the business world and had better raises since raises are based on performance.

Plus, his insurance was MUCH better than the ones offered by the school system. So for economic reasons, I stayed home. I'm glad I'm raising our kids rather than a stranger.

It's all more nuanced than that. Sex is about a lot of things, and it's different to different people. And it's meaning to one person can change over time. What works for someone in their early 20s may be very different from what they want in their 40s.

However, assigning an arbitrary number to a person in an attempt to classify that person as good, bad, or in between, is at its heart an attempt to objectify and control someone. Historically, men cared about who a woman slept with because there was no way to prove paternity of any kids. And that interfered with property rights. Today, there are DNA tests. Today, in this country, women live much longer, are not required to marry to stay alive or to pay a family debt, can choose not to have children, often stay single for much longer periods of time, and are therefore exposed to more dating situations where sex is possible without severe repercussions.

The way someone chooses to have sex may or may not reflect their needs, wants, strengths, or weaknesses. Human beings are complex. Take time to get to know someone. Don't judge and then dismiss or accept, based in something as arbitrary as a number.
