Southern Preps:
*Conservative politics
*Ladies want their MRS ASAP
*Live in a white person bubble
*Duke, Vanderbuilt, UVA
Northern Preps:
*Liberal politics
*Ladies want their MD, MA, MS, MBA or Ph.D
*Value diversity
*Harvard, Princeton, Dartmouth, Amherst, etc
Only publicly.
Some even develop that preppy snooty voice

In fact they nickname entire colleges of women because they think that women are just toys for their pleasure to use when they are drunk. Simmons College is" Simmons Mattress", Pine Manor is" Pine Mattress", Scripps - "Scrippers", and don't forget Wellesley women going out for the night on the "_uck truck". Yes these highly educated wealthy good old boys, North or South love to demean others.
Funny. I went to a halloween party once where a guy showed up with a mattress tied to his back. He was a "Radford Girl". Not deep south but you get the point. Awful.

Good ol' boys from old plantation families who wear boat shoes and seersucker and pledged at a fraternity in a southern school. They're nice guys but sort of hilariously ignorant about minority cultures in the US (I'm Hispanic and I think they're shocked to see an upper middle class Mexican) and seem very exotic to me, like weird birds. Just like to hear more insight into this group of people. What are their childhoods like? What is their culture like? Do they basically just surround themselves with people like them?
