But what percentage of people are top 5 executives making $1MM+? Are you, are your friends? For my particular Asian ethnic group I actually think there are a fair number of executives and entrepeneurs, for others perhaps it is less. Perhaps there is something about the average Asian personality that is limiting in certain settings especially in the Western world. But Asian Americans on average are doing well academically and are doing well professionally and financially even if they are less represented in top executive ranks.
The underrepresentation may change or not change over time and it is an okay topic / question. But a number of the particular posters who focus on it in this thread seem to have a negative, perverse agenda. Somehow I know they probably also have different reasons to look down on other racial / ethnic groups that may score lower academically. Basically to them if it is not white it is not right.

I don't care how hard you work. I care about what you produce. When I work, I do not put in long hours. But, they are intense. And I am very productive.

YET, you continue to repeat drivel that will make you feel better about yourself, without for one second actually THINKING about the foolishness of your statements.
According to a National Academy of Science's analysis of census data, Asian-Americans have a 12.3 percent poverty rate. That compares to 9.8 percent for non-Hispanic whites.
My I suggest you read, The Myth of the Model Minority

Cramming facts is the weakness of Asian education and why Asians struggle in the US job market. Just like a PP, the smartest is usually not the most successful.
I survived Maozhong but just barely.

Maybe the poster is delusional and their work really isn't the cat meow or the gold standard in the group.
Maybe they are too assertive or not assertive enough.
Maybe they don't work well as part of a team.
Those are skills academically-smart Asians lack.
This is ridiculous.
I will never understand the Asian-envy that makes some people refuse to accept the fact that Asians are brilliant academically and also able to hold their own socially.
There are 4 BILLION Asians in this world - I certainly think SOME of them could be brilliant. It just so sad that poverty in Asia is such a massive problem.
