I am OP and 8:09 but not the one calling her names. My choice of "sucks" as a thread title was a bit juvenile but I meant her skating, not a personal attack.

She fell twice at the National Championships. She doens't have it right now and shouldn't be in Sochi.

Didn't the guy who won gold in Sochi fall twice? Did he not belong there, either?

The "hopeful" who was cut was Mirai Nagasu. She was 4th at the 2010 Winter Olympics and is a great skater. Nagasu was 3rd at the US National Championships. She was the only person not to fall or make an error. Wagner fell twice. Nagasu should be in Sochi, not Wagner.

I will not watch Women's Skating this year. Such BS.

The poster who sounds like she is a bitter obsessive teenager having a temper tantrum.

She has posted many times in this thread and her tone, writong style and word choice are unmistakable.

I was responding to the loster who is clearly a kid who knows Ashley and has an ax to grind.

Why does NBC only feature Gracie and Ashley? Pollina was 2nd in nationals and they say nothing about her.

PP, I think you are mistaken that everyone who dislikes her skating on this thread was a former competitor. I am not. I am just a random viewer who feels her selection was unfair and her skating is not up to par. To the PP who said her short vindicated her, uh, not really, what was she 8th?
