Not correct. The brain benefits come from long-term, actual use of the second language. If you learn something but never use it, first of all you don't really learn it, and, second, there are no proven cognitive benefits. That's why it makes more sense to learn Mandarin or Spanish over Klingon.

No, HRCS has a great playground, it's just a mile outside of 495. It's no biggie - the PS and PK classes make a game of crossing 495 in different places every day. Just make sure your kid wears their reflective uniform - it's a bummer when kids don't.
