Chai is also Hindi/ Urdu word for tea.

I find it annoying when people in US ask for Chai Tea.




Or worse, chai tea latte.

Chai is also the Hindi word for tea and when Americans refer to "Chai Tea" they are referring to the spiced, milky Indian version of tea.
