5'4", 135. I am muscular and compact - I wear a 4 on the bottom, 2 on the top, generally

I have light bones, no muscle either.

That was me before kids and before age 30. Butt was mostly 4, but never got the top down. It had always been bigger and makes finding dresses hard.

Or the first poster is sporting a ghetto fabulous muffin top. Just look around, there are muffin tops spilling out all over the place.


First poster here and so sorry for disappointing you...No she doesn't have a muffin top at all... Try lifting really heavy weights and also doing bulk n cut cycles ..Lean muscle doesn't mean big or bulky....squatting 200 lbs+ 3 times a week ensures that not only my butt has some meat on it to nicely fill out those SZ 2 jeans but also my quads and hamstrings are solid and not jiggly....

Maybe some squatting will help you with your muffin top....

God--those jiggly skinny asses on thin women I see wobbling by in yoga pants at pick up make me want to throw up.

Tighten those asses up. Just because somebody doesn't weigh much doesn't mean they look good!!

5'2/5'3", 130 lbs, size 4. if i go under 124 lbs, i'm a size 2.

curvy and also more likely to lift weights than do cardio. 34D .

5'1" - 117 lbs and a solid size 4p. I'm very small framed and one year postpartum I'm a jiggly mess (seriously, I look awful naked). Size/height/weight mean pretty much nothing...but I'm curious as well.

5'4.5", 105 pounds, wear a size 2. I'm skinny fat - much too thin but with no muscle at all.
