Hmm. There is more than 1 of us. It's a term. But for you a special bitch fuck you. You trolled this post and all I wanted to know about was the discharge of private student loans. I did the google since you couldn't seem to stay focused

Under the heading of don't believe everything you think, it appears many people continue to erroneously believe student loans can't be discharged in bankruptcy. And a recent influx of student loan assistance companies that are selling their help are also perpetuating that myth.
So to you PP, an ultra special Bitch fuckin' bye. Go get laid or something.
PP here and people like you drive me effin nuts. I presume that as a lawyer, you did realize you actually had to pay your loans back when you took them out? Trying to get rid of them in bankruptcy on a 130k salary because you don't want to make any lifestyle sacrifices is irresponsible. I sure hope you don't work at my agency.

I'm not trying to get rid of the 160k fed loans. Just the 40k private loans. The provider needed my financial aid office to step in and tell them to consolidate the payments originally. They conveniently forgot about that and restricted the loans once out of forbearance.
Blah blah blah - I'm such a victim. Grow up.

2. I'm 95% sure that if you attempt to declare bankruptcy and it comes to light that you make enough to pay your loans, that you're actually saving a bunch of money, and that you have a steady job you won't be allowed to declare, let along discharge any debt. That's common sense. Otherwise, everyone who doesn't want to pay loans or debt would declare. Because that's what's happening; you don't want to pay it, you want to save instead. I get it, but it's not going to fly.
3. To that end, we have an $800/month loan payment on a $110 income, so I do get it. We just don't save. It sucks. It feels awful. But it is what it is. Bankruptcy isn't an option. But selling your car, moving to a place with communal laundry, or making other changes are all viable options.
4. Lose the 'tude.
5. Bitch bye.

He gets upset if I walk around the room (that he is in) faster than he can chase after me while holding onto my leg (so I can do chores very quickly). Tough for him... As much as I love my DC, things have to get done. But I emphasize with parents who can't get anything done with even one child.
