Never. And I'm kind of anti-procedure - I think it's gross, but definitely with some exceptions:
1) nose jobs - totally understand that it's necessary for some people. would do it if I had to. And this is very minor.
2) Breast reduction - again, some people just really need it.
3) Those tucks for severely obese people who lost like 100+ lbs and have all that hanging excess skin - they REALLLLLLY need this surgery.
