Wow. I think of myself as inflexible on grammar, but "I'm done" doesn't bother me. I once got into a debate with someone about it, and her source was survey from the 1960s in which less than half of the English professors surveyed objected to it. So then we got to have a debate about statistical significance.
Use "impact" as a verb and I will hurt you, however.
I am also ruthless about thank yous, the difference between wedding presents and shower gifts, the tackiness of response cards, and attending events you have rsvp'ed "yes" to.
