This. It is very true. I never watch what I eat, but I just don't eat that much. Not always hungry and when I am, I eat as much as I want. I think it's quantity more than anything. I've just always been that way. I just don't give food much thought.

Do you like food? Can you eat 6 slices of thick crust pizza in a single sitting without getting sick? I could eat 4 slices of pizza and have 3 beers for dinner, no prob. that's why I'm 20 lbs overweight.
