It baffles me how the Hit it Thursday thread has been going strong for months with no wrath, yet this one is on page 6 and the women at freaking out.
Are you ladies for real?
Ahhhhh, shut it. Are you some sister wife who just wants her magic underwear DH to be happy all the time? Women have been objectified and demonized throughout society because of their lack perfect looks. Anorexia? Hello? Men shouldn't get a pass here. The reverse is not true for men. Men do not suffer in society just because they don't look like Jon Hamm--quite the opposite--good looking, hunky guys aren't taken very seriously in the working world. This thread continues the pattern of subjugating an oppressed class. That is why this thread is intolerable, while IHHT is not.

Oh, leave them alone. So what? Stop looking at this thread if you don't like it.
I didn't say I didn't like it. I'm interested in what men think. For example, I like Smiley Guy's (or whatever his name is) picks. Interesting. 40ish attractive woman, one a redhead, one a brunette. Intriguing.

And yet you women salivate over men. But you aren't thinking about how it affects your son.
And this one - Did you post this on the other thread? No? Why not?
nope - didn't post on the other thread

However, that doesn't mean that I don't find both of them offensive to some extent.
Again, if you found your friends wanking off to a picture of your daughter, you'd be fine with it. At least that's what I'm reading. And if your daughter only came home with hunky assholes b/c it's all about looks, you'd be fine with that, too.
I have a son AND a daughter who are certainly NOT sheltered. They watch TV and surf the net. But I do let them know the definition of self-respect.
So while I'm a Debbie Downer on this thread, think about this: How many of you would post a seductive shot of your own kids on one of these threads?
I bet not many . . .
