Just curious...what "others" are you referring to? Others at all schools or just IT? The teachers do work hard at IT but I have not heard any grumbling about not being "taken care of." Actually, they are almost always smiling (something I did not see at my kid's previous school). Most admit that it's hard work, but that they also enjoy the fact that IT gives them "freedom" in their classroom and room to be creative. While I'm sure you can burn out when you are challenged to work at that level, I don't get the sense that they are unhappy. Tired maybe...but not unhappy.
