This really worries me, as I'm about to try this routine -- but for an implant + crown. Out of curiosity, did it you manually submit or did the automatic reimbursement system try to run the claim? So far, we've only used the health account for usual co-pays, which run automatically, and they just "go through."

As I understand it, the company that administers FSA gets to keep any unclaimed money, so there is an incentive for them to slow down and deny claims. If that's true, what a B*S* way to structure a benefit program.
