I told DH that I smoked less than I did. I was trying to quit and I think in one way I was lying more to myself, but yeah, it was a lie. Thank goodness he stayed with me when he found out. I think he stayed because he knew I was trying to quit and I didn't smoke around him unless we were at a bar (and after we moved to this area in 2003 we didn't go out dancing as much). It took me years, but I finally quit September 2005 and haven't had one since.
