I work in a building with gay men and have never heard about any hook ups in the bathroom. Caught kissing in the elevator, yes... both male/male and male/female have been caught doing that.

I'm not a gay man, but I can tell you that straight women aren't stimulated by the sight of penises (straight or otherwise), unless the conditions are Just Right. No matter how fond you may be of your penis, your wife/girlfriend is probably the only person who would be "stimulated" at the sight of it.
