I am a big squirter -everytime, huge mess- so I have to fake it everytime and then when alone I can have an orgasm, people would freak out if they saw it happen. So I fake it.

Some people cannot absorb certain vitamins and can only absorb them via injection. My great grandpa died of pernicious anemia before injectables were common.
