I wouldn’t be offended by this at all. If I were the asker, I wouldn’t offer to pay but would bring neighbor a small gift, maybe a food item from my trip.

I wouldn’t have a problem doing this for a neighbor……it seems that you are already friendly w/her plus like you stated - - it might be a fun activity for her to do along w/her Grandchild too.
