Bottom line: even the best cleaner can’t improve your mood if your house is a cluttered mess. They scrub floors and toilets, but they can’t provide the reset someone needs when they’ve let their home get out of control.

I don't find therapy to be worth money. (Others, obviously, have had different experiences. I've tried several, and it never moves the needle.) If you have insurance that will cover it, sure, why not. But if you're paying out of pocket, you'll just feel poorer.
If you get the personal trainer, you might get fit, but you'll come home to a dirty house that you're too tired to clean. And for me-- again, YMMV-- a clean house is absolutely essential to my wellbeing.
