Love your tears!!!

Hey buddy, if you think the voters are going to just meekly suck up your ilk destroying the country and doing anything to hold on to power, you’re stupider than I thought.

You sounds nuts. There are rules everyone has to follow. This is what happens when you don't follow the rules. It's not that complicated.

If the GOP was following the rules we wouldn’t need the referendum in the first place.

No, I think this is a call for violence.

I don’t think we are there yet, but the GOP is leaving us with very few legal options to fight the corruption.

It's a massive win for Lucas! /s

I admit I am surprised. Shame on them. Will this go to the US SCOTUS?

How can we impeach state Supreme Court justices? How DARE they ignore the will of the people?

How dare the democrats attempt to unconstitutionally create new districts.

It was a referendum, dipshit. As Democratic as it gets.

I know, you hate democracy as much as you hate America and everything it stands for.

Honestly, we should be rioting in the streets tonight.

The idea that 50% + 1 vote can undo Virginia constitution seems insane to me. Good luck with that world. Don't care what the other states are doing. Go live there if you want to gerrymander.

That’s how referendums works.

There are constitutional rules about referendums and when those rules aren’t followed, the referendum is in unconstitutional. This court concluded that the rules weren’t followed. Democrats can try again following the rules.

The court are partisan hacks playing an extremely dangerous game. When the ballot box and the courts won’t serve justice, the People will get it another way. And right now, the People are pissed.

I know, you really hate that majority rules thing. Consistent with your America- and democracy-hating impulses.

Republicans fundamentally don’t understand consent.

Next time, we do 11-0. And all sorts of amendments to neuter Republicans forever.

Yup. And purge the VA SC while we’re at it.

And when one side blatantly breaks all of the rules and the corrupt Congress and corrupt SCOTUS won’t do anything about it?

Dems are supposed to sit back and let the GOP destroy our country?

Exactly.

Just another example of RWNJ party over country.

The GOP just said a big F U to We The People.

Whiners. Next time, just follow the rules and you won't have this problem.
