Even if a new trend comes for obesity, you should still aim to stay healthy skinny for yourself instead of chubby attractive for men. Where the heck is feminism here?

I think that being at a healthy body weight, reasonably fit, with an attractive figure matters a lot. Of course.
I don’t think this always means truly “thin”. Sometimes it does, but people have different preferences.
As a woman, I like slender, lanky guys (versus the more muscled up look). I think I’m somewhat unusual in that regard. But I’m sure the reverse can be true for men (some preferring curvy- maybe at the higher end of the healthy weight range- over thinness).

Yes, the truth is all these actresses that look young in this age are using great cosmetic surgeons and doctors. They begin injections from mid 30s to support the face muscular and bone structure. They get eye and brows lifts, utherapy for necks and jawline in the 40s combined with regular injections with high quality juviderm and scultra. Then in mid 50s a face lift.

I'm thin and a size 4. I do all the maintenance things but I still look 57. Without getting a facelift I don't look that great. I have a great figure and fabulous hair but my neck and eyes are not great. I'm scared to get any work done.

For example, at that weight with a chest that big (assuming it isn't implants that stand up on their own), dresses don't fit like that. There is major sag. This is not a picture of three real bodies.
You can wear a bra that will lift everything up.

Not UMC to wealthy men. Walk into an expensive country club and you won't see many overweight women. The majority are thin to very thin.
