Holton has about 200 faculty and staff members.

85 / 200 = 42.5% / 3 years = ~14%

Let's say 15% is accurate, though I'm not sure where that number comes from.

Year 3 is not over yet. We have no idea what the fall out will be by the end of this school year.

What we do know is that by the end of year 2, about 70 faculty and staff members had left, a loss of about 35%.
