Depends.
Lots of activities and practices go until 9, 10, then you have to drive home.
If you have a kid who struggles, or a kid who is a very high achiever, you'll probably be supporting a lot of late nights and emotional rollercoasters through various school work and extracurricular activities. I just have one and have trouble sleeping helping them, wondering why the light is still on at 11:30pm, all of it.
