I (one person’s opinion) see Rice as above both WashU and Emory, but may people wouldn’t want to live in Texas. Atlanta is more acceptable to some people in the northeast than Houston is.

- washu has a higher gpa (listed as n/a in the form but it’s higher), higher sat, higher act, and is ranked higher.

Both are still good schools. But WashU is better.

Which one is more likely to yield protect during RD? Say if you’re full pay with a 3.95 from a top private and 1580 SAT, great ECs and teachers’ rec, which one is more likely to reject or waitlist you not bc you’re not qualified but bc they don’t think you would accept?
