Prince’s halftime show was literally 1 million times better than this. Please let’s stop pretending this was any good just because Trump doesn’t like him. Liking art because of politics is how art dies.

A collosal bore! Bad Bunny keeps grabbing his crotch. It's an English speaking audience so sing in English! But Trump must be having a conniption fit so it was a good show after all!
All his songs are in Spanish! Where you expecting him to translate them for you?

Kid Rock grabs his crotch, sings about molesting your daughter (it’s mandatory), and sings in, at best, trailer trash.
And that’s better?
I don't listen to Kid Rock or any of his contemporaries. My listening pleasure is strictly classical.

Nah, Jennifer isn’t/wasn’t more popular. Bad Bunny isn’t just big with the mainstream, he resonates deeply especially young folks who feel like outsiders. In Latin culture in particular, where being different (like boys wearing nail polish or skirts) is often taboo, Bad Bunny challenges those norms and gives that crowd a voice.

I think it was entertainers who grew up in Puerto Rico. Lopez doesn't speak Spanish like a native and was born and raised in NYC.
Lady Gaga grew up in Puerto Rico?
J Lo wasn’t even given the full Halftime headliner spot in 2020. She had to co headline with Shakira. She has more Hits in the USA than Shakira or Bad Bunny combined. Her show was way better and she had a political message about ICE even back then. She also performed in English and Spanish together to engage both audiences

Liam and his dad, yes.
wait, really them? I thought it was an allusion to them but actually them???
I loved the show. I thought it there were so many beautiful PR/Latino scenes--the dancing, the New York-type neighborhood, the wedding. It was a beautiful expression of community and joy. I loved the expression of unity at the end when he named all the countries in North and South America. It was great.
In the meantime, the a$$hole in chief was hating it on Truth Social and billionaires were taking out ads for ICE. Yuck.

I’m so tired of the reflexive negativity. Loosen up and have some fun, people. What a shame to be unable to enjoy a show like that
Why did you quote me? I loved it.
