If you are going to go tier 2, your best option is to go to a club where you have a shot at at tier one team at some future point (example: Armour, Bethesda) vs one of the new VA clubs that cap their highest team at Tier 2.

SYC has more kids spread across MLS Pro academies around the country than any other club you mentioned—they just don’t promote it the way other local clubs do. They’re also putting players on multiple national teams, including two recently with the U.S. National Team. Don’t put Revolution and SYC in the same sentence, lol.
