I think they had put a microphone on her. You could hear her taking deep breaths at the start, and if you watched the live footage you could certainly hear her screaming. I'm guessing they cut the mike for replays because it was horrible to hear.

Echoing a PP, Vonn’s heavy breathing was very noticeable before she started, and it seemed as if she’d been miked up, which struck me as odd.
While I don’t have any desire to hear the screams of an injured person, the amount of editing happening is remarkable so far.
