Liam got better treatment from DHS than his parents gave him.

Those two reasons should be enough to remove Liam from detention and return him to his mother.

So you think the problem is that his mom didn't open the door and not that there are for profit concentration camps paid for with tax payer dollars to house this kid. Not even decent housing for him.
