Whether its scrolling, video games or pron, their motivation to do anything other than seek cheep dopamine is very limited. Layer in vaping or weed and they can barely find the motivation to change out of their pajamas much less create a career with a liveable salary, commit to a relationship, want to support a family or even learn some interesting skill like music or foreign languages.
Older guys at least grew up in an analog era where you had hobbies that produced real interests and skills.

Of course, I find younger men handsome, but there’s something about the ruggedness of a slightly older man that really gets me going!
(That said, let’s acknowledge that most people just aren’t that attractive, and once the dewiness of youth wears off, especially so.)

Also, for me, the sex usually is not as good as sex with somewhat older women. Why? Because the emotional connection is usually lacking if a woman is more than twenty years younger. Those women's bodies can be much better but there's more to good sex than a good body. Post menopausal women are sometimes still extremely passionate and I sometimes relate to them very well.
Dating in my fifties, the best sex has been with women in their forties, fifties, and (one time) sixties, plus a couple of women in their thirties.
Most of the time when I had sex with women more than twenty years younger, the sex just wasn't as intense. The one exception was a woman in her thirties who actually wants an older life partner. She and I were together for a year.
You had good sex with older women because they actually wanted you. When woman wants a man she gets really wet and relaxed
And thats why men tend to gravitate towards younger women. They have to have sex - raging hormones and all. When a woman really wants it and is really worked up (lots of foreplay) is when sex is the best.
