You want:

1. To hydrate with water.

3. Humidifier in continuous use in your workplace and home.

4. Cover your skin when outside, with gloves and scarf.

5. Minimize hot showers, exfoliants, soaps, etc. They're drying. You want a gentle shower gel and hand gel.
