My guess is there isn’t much of a market for it because it’s a cultural assumption that the majority of the male population sleeps naked or in just underwear by that age. Is your son actually asking you for pajamas? If you’re just assuming, it might be good to ask him if he still even wears them before you go to any more trouble.
That might very well be but there are still some possibilities otherwise sweats and t-shirts will do very well.
