Exactly this. He did a good job at Falls Church and left for a bigger opportunity at Hayfield, but Thompson shafted him to bring on Overton. Thompson should have been the one out of a job, not rewarded with a Gatehouse position for all the shame he brought upon Hayfield. Hope Aziz has the last laugh.

Looks like Oakton found a new head coach. Hopefully they'll get the JV and Freshman teams sorted out soon. My son is looking forward to the weight training program and meeting some kids that he'll be in high school with next year.

I don’t think the RIO moms care that this is happening to their sons.

They are selfish as to send their kids to a school where students engage in heavily abusive patterns in the locker room (with some having to drive far out to reach the school, on 66 or Fox Mill, Hunter Mill, and Vale roads.

But hey, at least your school has a reputation that supersedes the needs and capabilities of your children.
