I wonder if the lower relative score on computation is typical for AAP kids--strong number math intuition, but don't have the explicit instruction for some calculations?
My 3rd grade kid's number sense score was still 95th+ percentile at the 6th grade level (240) but computation score was 95th percentile at the 3rd grade level (212). Overall his score was good/fine, but not off the charts (224) - with the other 2 subscales right around there too.
The ~30pt gap between subscores seemed pretty big to me.

To the OP your son’s score on one test isn’t enough to make any conclusions. It’s a good score, it’s not impressive though nor is it above grade level. Probably on par with at least 50% of your class as the percentages are country wide norms.

For those saying my non AAP kids scored higher than your AAP kid, folks this is one test. The AAP application process is a holistic review. Children admitted are often performing several grade levels above their peers. My son was one that got an 85th percentile on this years MAP but he scored in the 99th percentile on both the Iready and NNAT and 98% on cog at. One low score isn’t a reason to jump. Or judge.
