I am happy with his score but he was asked by some friends if he would qualify as a semi finalist.

Thank you for the info. I am the PP. DS is perfectly content with his score. It does seem strange to wait a year for the state cutoff but it is what it is.

You won't know for sure for a while, but 220 is likely no NMSF for Virginia. Almost certainly commended, though
